· 本条门槛:生理线 ≥38°C 且 ≥本地 P90(30.3°C),连续 ≥3 天。
· 实测采样在本地 00/06/12/18 时各一次,而日最高气温通常在 14 时前后 —— 本条的「日最高体感」因此系统性偏低。后果是门槛偏严:漏报多于误报,方向安全,但真实热浪可能被漏掉。
