· 起讫为该预报事件的起止小时,非官方雷暴通报;系统未接入任何官方强对流警报源。
· 本条门槛:R4/R5 且有雷暴潜势 且 峰强 ≥5 mm/h 且 累计 ≥20 mm。
· 预报档案只覆盖 5 个 POI(不是全量),故本类目条目数不代表全国强对流次数。
