Step by Step

   Signs: headache / dizziness / vomiting / hot dry skin / confusion

   **Move to shade immediately**, remove excess clothing

   Douse body with water + fan for evaporation cooling

   Ice packs / cold towel to neck / armpits / groin (major blood vessels)

   **If conscious** → sip salted water or electrolyte drink

   **If confused** → don't give fluids, place on side to prevent choking

   **Call 999 immediately** · heatstroke has high mortality, don't delay
